This is a spacebar clicker idle game. Press the spacebar to add a press, then spend those presses on machines that press for you, from a sticky key to a rack of bots. Every machine you buy raises your presses per second, so the counter keeps climbing even when your hands are off the keyboard.

It is a self-built game made by PlayClick, our own take on the spacebar counter and idle clicker format. It is not affiliated with any other spacebar clicker or brand. Same simple loop of press, buy, and grow, our own machines and our own code. It runs in your browser with no sign-up and no download, and your progress saves on your device, so you can close the tab and come back to the same count. No spacebar? Tap the big bar with your mouse or finger, it counts the same.

How to play

Press the spacebar to rack up presses. Every press adds one to your total, plus a small bonus that grows with your machines, so early presses matter and later presses still help. On a phone or tablet, tap the big bar on screen instead, it counts exactly the same.

When you have enough presses, buy your first machine from the panel on the right. Each machine presses on its own, measured as presses per second. A Sticky Key trickles presses, an Auto Tapper taps steadily, a Macro Script replays a press fast. The more you own of a machine, the more it costs, so prices climb as you scale up. New machines appear as you get close to affording them.

That is the whole loop. Press to get moving, buy machines so you earn without pressing, then pour those presses into bigger machines. The number only goes up, and there is no losing, just how fast your count grows.

How to press the spacebar faster

If you just want a high spacebar count by hand, the trick is a loose, bouncy tap from two fingers rather than one stiff thumb. Alternate index and middle finger on the bar and let it rebound, the way people do on a spacebar counter test. Most people land somewhere around six to nine presses a second in a short burst.

But this is an idle game, so raw finger speed stops mattering fast. The real way to press faster is to buy machines that press for you. Build the cheapest one you can afford, keep pressing between buys, and your presses per second climbs past anything you could tap by hand.

Holding the spacebar down triggers your keyboard's key repeat, which streams presses automatically, a quick way to farm early on. Once your machines are rolling, though, you can take your hands off entirely and let the count grow on its own.

How to earn presses fast

Early on, buy the cheapest machine you can afford and keep pressing between buys. A Sticky Key and an Auto Tapper pay for themselves quickly and get your presses per second off zero.

Once you have a steady flow, stop hoarding and spend. A rough rule is to buy whatever gives you the most presses per second for each press spent, which is usually the newest machine you can just afford. Do not sit on a huge reserve, put it to work in machines that press more.

Because the game keeps running while the tab is open, and banks a capped amount while you are away, the fastest players check in, buy a round of machines, and leave it running. Come back later to a far bigger number and a panel full of machines you can suddenly afford.

The machines

There are eight machines, each stronger and pricier than the last. The Sticky Key and Auto Tapper are your starters, cheap and steady. The Macro Script and Turbo Keyboard are the mid game, where your presses per second really starts to climb. The Press Bot and Macro Farm turn pressing into an industry.

The Server Rack and AI Typist are the late game, each pressing thousands of times a second once you own a stack of them. You will not afford them for a while, and that is the point. Every machine you buy pulls the next one into reach, so the panel always has a goal a little beyond your current count.

Buy in breadth, not just depth. A spread of many machine types usually out presses pouring everything into one, because each new type opens a bigger presses-per-second jump than the tenth copy of an old one.

Does it save, and is it unblocked

Your press count saves automatically in your browser, so you can close the tab and come back to the same total, machines, and rate. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account, the save lives on your device.

The game runs entirely in the browser with no downloads and no plugins, so it works on a school or office network the same as anywhere else. There is nothing to install and nothing to unblock, just open the page and start pressing. If you clear your browser data the save resets, so keep that in mind before wiping it.

Questions and answers

What is Spacebar Clicker?

It is an idle clicker game where you press the spacebar to rack up presses and buy machines that press for you. Each machine adds to your presses per second, so the number keeps climbing even when you stop pressing. On a phone you tap the on-screen bar instead.

How do I press the spacebar without a keyboard?

Tap the big bar on the screen with your mouse or finger. It counts as a press exactly like the spacebar, so the game works the same on a phone or tablet as it does on a laptop.

How do I get presses per second?

Buy machines from the panel. Each one presses on its own, and its presses per second add to your total. Start with cheap Sticky Keys and Auto Tappers, then work up to bots and server racks as your rate grows.

Does holding the spacebar count?

Yes. Holding the spacebar down triggers your keyboard's key repeat, which streams presses automatically. It is a handy way to farm early on, though once your machines are running you can let go and watch the count grow on its own.

Does the game save my progress?

Yes. Your presses, machines, and rate save automatically in your browser on your device. Close the tab and come back later to find your count exactly as you left it. Clearing your browser data will reset the save.

Is it free and does it work unblocked?

Yes. The game is free, needs no sign-up, and runs fully in your browser, so it plays the same on a school or work network as anywhere else. There is nothing to download or install.
